We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Discoverrii Limited. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).


The following items are NON-RETURNABLE:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Perishable goods or items with hygiene seals that have been broken.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products (if applicable).

  • The reason for your return.

  • Photos of the item(s), especially if the item is defective or damaged.


Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days and provide you with return instructions. Do not send items back without first receiving approval from our team.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Discoverrii Limited is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return.


If the return is the result of our error or a defective product, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.


If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.


We reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from the refund amount if the return is not due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at the email above.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  • Check your bank account again.

  • Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. International Orders

For international returns, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are not the responsibility of Discoverrii Limited.
